South Shore Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center is an owner operated, newly renovated 94 bed Medicare/Medicaid certified facility providing short term skilled care and long term custodial and intermediate nursing care.  We are pleased to offer Rockland and the surrounding communities our exceptional service.  This is evidenced by our highly qualified, caring staff and comprehensive clinical capabilities in a comfortable, homelike, and secure setting.
